Jimi Collection is not responsible for items that have been lost of damaged during delivery. Please contact us or Canada post with concerns involving your shipped package.

Due to the nature of made to order items, Jimi clothing is non refundable.

 Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. This excludes custom altered items and colour blocked items which are final sale. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges. Exchanges are subject to our current lead times. If you would like to exchange something, please contact us .

A $10 restocking fee may apply to your exchange.

We kindly ask that you thoroughly review sizing charts and measurements to determine best fit before purchase. Exchanges are welcome, however we use the made to order model to keep our in house stock low and having pieces returned diminishes the purpose of this.
