Shipping policy

Any customs, duty fees and are the responsibility of the customer. International customers please be aware that Jimi Collection is a Canadian company and your order may be subject to these charges upon delivery.

We offer flat rate standard shipping

 to the following countries:

 Within Canada $14

 United States $19

Local pickup within Victoria BC is also available free of charge. Choose this option at checkout and I will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a pick up time.

 If you live outside of the countries listed, please don't hesitate to contact me and I can calculate a shipping rate for you!

Jimi Collection is not responsible for items that have been lost of damaged during delivery. Please contact us or Canada post with concerns involving your shipped package.
